Fall Cutting for Winterscapes
When cutting back the summer perenials and grasses keep in mind the next season and leave some areas without cutting. It is also interesting to leave some of the lawn ornaments and structures to gather the winter frost and snow. Fence posts also draw interest to a landscape that would otherwise be baren.
