The greenhouse is the focal point of our garden filled property. This little gem, made from recycled windows was built in 2003. The structure is 12 feet long by 6 1/2 wide, and 10 1/2 feet tall. Starting the 1st of April approximately 1,200 small plants will be delivered. They will be nurtured until mid May when they will be planted in containers or in the ground for future harvest. If the thought of including locally grown flowers into your wedding or special event appeals to you, please give us a call.

Generally I do not learn post on blogs, however I wish to say that this write-up very compelled me to take a look at and do it! Your writing style has been amazed me. Thanks, quite nice post.
I would love to know where you obtained the plans for this gorgeous greenhouse. I have been begging my husband for one for which seems forever and I came across yours. Well Done!
Since our windows were all recycled from 2 houses. My husband designed with the sizes we received. There are six large windows measuring 34X27 1/2 making up the body of the structure(center) 16 smaller window measuring 30 X 27 1/2 make up the slanted base areas. The entire structure is 12 ft. long by 6 1/2 ft. wide by 10 1/2 feet tall. The roof and lower slanted area are plexi-glass to avoid breaking from hail, etc. We did purchase the front and back triangular windows. Hope this helps. Thanks for visiting our site. Jna
Hi Jna, What was used to cover the Ridge line on roof? Also are there any vents on roof area? My husband needs to know if he needs to vent for heat during summer. Thanks again
Sheila, There are 2 vents on the back wall. If he had it to do over he said he would put thermal vents in the roof.. We the lowest level of windows does not open, but the upper ones do and we do leave the door open when it gets very humid inside. The top has a metal ridge cap. Jan
Jan, Thanks so much for the information. My sister has been collecting windows for me and we start building on the 18th providing weather is agreeable. I’m excited and so happy I came across your beautiful place. Say thanks to your husband as well
Good luck. Happy to help. We lost power today in the blizzard. Finally got the generator going to save the 1600 plants. Jan
Is it possible to acquire the plans your husband made? I read that the windows were up cycled. I was interested in what base, uprights, lateral connection points were used? If not can a few pictures of the inside corners and roof connections be sent? I’m hoping I’m as handy and talented as he is.
